Anand Reddy is a structural engineer, educator, and visionary entrepreneur whose work unites modern innovation with timeless values. He is the Founder & Managing Director of Engineers Cadd Centre Pvt. Ltd. (ECC) — established on 3rd September 1994 as a proprietary firm and incorporated in 1999 — India’s first CAD Centre and a pioneer in CAD-CAE training. Over 26 years, until March 2020, ECC trained 1.2+ lakh engineers nationwide, becoming the largest CAD training centre in India with 200+ systems across 12,000 sq. ft. of owned space in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. ECC was the first in India to offer CAD software solutions across 10+ verticals in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, and CAE segments. Today, all its courses are available online via www.eccindia.org, continuing its legacy in the digital era.
From Engineering to Real Estate with Purpose
Anand Reddy expanded into real estate solutions with cost-to-cost development models, making customers true partners in every project. His company, D3Y Infra, was created to support the Gita University Project — both in infrastructure and funding — and to showcase to mega builders what their high-rise towers and luxury villa projects often lack: a soul.
In his words, “A community without a Gita Guru and a Gita Bhavan is a body without a soul — a dead body.” His vision is to build 108 spiritually-rooted communities across India, each with Gita wisdom as its heart, blending modern comfort with spiritual depth and creating environments where joy, peace, and fulfillment are a way of life.
As Director of the Bhagawat Gita Foundation for Vedic Studies, Anand Reddy leads the creation of Gita University — a 200-acre, ₹2,000 crore global campus designed to take the Bhagavad Gita’s wisdom to over 50% of the world outside India by 2050 and 75% by 2100. This bold initiative fuses Advaita Vedanta philosophy with modern teaching methods to foster inner peace, ethical leadership, and societal transformation on a global scale.
Joining him is K. Maheshwara Reddy, Managing Director of Sri Castle Estates, a veteran in plotting and infrastructure development with 25+ years of experience and 600+ acres developed across 32 premium layouts. This 11-acre spiritually rooted residential project in Murdanpally marks the first time the Sri Castle Estates brand has been used on a project — a testament to the trust between Mahesh Reddy and Anand Reddy, partners for over 26 years. Mahesh Reddy has further committed 1.8 acres of his own land within the layout.
